Rates

We have various options available for hiring our studios and equipment, depending on what services you would like and how much involvement from our team you need.

With all hires, we include a popular vocal chain (e.g. Neve 1073 preamp / Neumann U87) and a large collection of instruments at no extra fee (see studio pages). Some of our vintage tube mics and classic analog hardware are only available when hiring with our engineers or subject to a hire charge for dry hire. See our full equipment list here.

Please note:

The table of rates below is based on basic studio hire where clients are capable of setting up and packing down on their own. We do offer assistance for setup* and packdown:

• Setup only - £40

• Setup & packdown - £80

These services are always recommended to ensure a productive session, unless you have already used our studios before and are familiar with the equipment.

*Assisted setup can last a maximum of 30 minutes, and mainly includes helping with signal flow. If you’re looking to access specific gear or use more than one mic in your recording setup, we highly recommend using our assisted engineering service. Please be in touch for a quote.

Bundle Rates

Our popular monthly bundles offer local producers and artists fantastic discounts for regular studio use as well as becoming a part of our community. It’s unbeatable value, but in return, you will need to be flexible with your bookings, and from time to time we might need to move your sessions to make space for regular hire sessions and our engineering sessions. You will also need to have enough experience with studio equipment to setup (and pack down) on your own for each of your sessions. Read more about our bundles here.
